How to Fold a Rain Poncho?

One important thing to know is that all our rainwear comes with a plastic storage bag equipped with a drawstring. To fold your poncho cape and store it inside the dedicated bag, it couldn't be easier! Lay it flat along its entire length, hood included, with the opening side facing you, and:

-Fold the hood down by simply turning it over.

-Fold the left side halfway towards the right.

-Fold the right side halfway towards the left.

-So that the two meet.

-Then, roll it up like a sleeping bag or a sheet of paper, from one of the two ends.

-Then fold it in half.

-Just slide it into its storage bag, and close it!

Its highly pliable fabric means that the rain poncho can be stored without hassle, with no risk of its quality being compromised. However, make sure not to confuse an adult poncho bag with a child's poncho! The size difference between the two types of items would make your task more difficult.


What Material Are Rain Ponchos Made Of?

It is generally made of recycled plastic. Often the outer material is firm and flexible like polyester, sometimes nylon like most outdoor or hiking clothing, with a waterproof lining. To protect yourself from the rain, the rain poncho is therefore the ideal garment, while for drying off, the bath poncho is its alternative, made of microfiber!
